These terms cover your use of Top Five (topfives.co). By using it, with or without an account, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
Using Top Five
- You need to be at least 13, or the minimum age to use online services where you live if that's higher.
- Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- Guest lists live with your browser. If you clear it before signing in, they may be lost.
Your content
Your logs, rankings, username and profile are yours. You give us permission to store and display them so the service works, including showing them publicly when your profile is public or you share a card, and counting them, without your name, in community charts. That permission ends when you delete them, except for copies already shared or cached elsewhere.
Be decent
Don't use Top Five to:
- pick a username or display name that impersonates someone, or is hateful, harassing or sexually explicit;
- scrape it, flood it with automated requests, or try to get around its limits or security;
- break the law or anyone else's rights.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that do.
Titles and artwork
Titles, cover art and details come from TMDB, IGDB, Google Books, Open Library and Deezer, and belong to their owners. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. We try to get release dates right, but the catalogue can contain mistakes.
The service
Top Five is provided as is. We may change, pause or end features, and we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or lost data arising from your use of it.
Leaving
You can stop using Top Five at any time. To delete your account, see Privacy. We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll update the date above and tell signed-in users, and continuing to use Top Five means you accept it.
